VAR technology caused a lot of controversy with fans (Part 1)

The famous long-time referee Cüneyt Çakır created a lot of controversy with a penalty rejected after watching VAR’s touch-screen ball by Marco Rojo. Taking advantage of the rush, many “young knowledge” on this opportunity took advantage of criticizing the VAR system and said that it was … “unfair”.

I don’t know where their thoughts originate from, maybe they think it’s unfair, or simply VAR is the reason why their favorite team or player loses or comedy. funnier than they lost because of VAR, so they hated it  feeling it hated it, it was wrong.

Actually, VAR is Video Assistant Referee, which is a system of arbitration assistance, it only helps and not decides to replace the referee  need to make this clear.

And with the referee still making the decision then if the decision is wrong (such as the case of Marco Rojo) then the “unfair” that you are criticizing as usual it must target the referee What is the reason to blame VAR?

It is like your home security camera can record a thief scene but the police cannot catch the thief from that document  then you think that security camera “does not guarantee security”, “does not catch. thief ” god! The security camera only helps but it does not catch the thief itself, the thief is a police job like the final decision is the referee’s job.

VAR is different from hawk eye, hawk eye can decide the result by itself, but VAR is not.

VAR is just a tool to make football matches more fair, and whether football is really fair or not, it still depends on the system’s users, or the way we use it. that system. Although it is not 100% fair but it is clear that VAR is a great step to improve the football environment a lot more than before, this is a good thing for football, can not be used to think.

If the VAR system is widely introduced into the football competitions after this World Cup, it is likely that the meta of football will change completely like the new offside rule has ever done.
